Q: What is the minimum age requirement for renting a car from Bold Car Rental?

A: The renter must be at least the age of 22 years.  

Q: How do I pay for my booking?

A: We do accept various methods of payment which include cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit card. However, the card details and the customer should be the same.

Q: Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?

A: Yes, additional drivers can be added for an extra fee. They must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver.

Q: Is there a mileage limit on the rental cars?

A: We offer both limited and unlimited mileage options. Please check the terms of your rental agreement for specific details.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Q: What documents do I need to pick up the car?

A: You will need your physical documents of identification such as your driver’s license, and your booking confirmation. International customers must also present their passports and visa.

Q: Can I pick up or drop off the car outside of office hours?

A: Yes, we offer an after-hours service for an additional fee. Please arrange this in advance with our customer service team.

Q: Can I have the car delivered to my location?

A: Yes, we provide a delivery and collection service to your hotel, residence, or airport for an additional fee. Please arrange this when booking your vehicle.

Cancellation and Modifications

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start date are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a one-day rental fee will be charged.

Q: Can I modify my reservation?
A: Yes, you can modify your reservation by contacting our customer service team. Please note that changes to the booking may affect the rental rate.
